Fresh insights and perspectives

I read or listen to all the Ultimate Reconciliation books I can find. And while thankfully there are so many good books on the subject these days, I find myself wondering if each new book will teach me something new, or if it will repeat the same theological points, Greek interpretations, supporting Bible verses, and pro-UR arguments we generally hear. I'm happy to say this book did not disappoint! The chapter on the salvation of animals alone is worth the price. I also enjoyed the Primitive Baptist Universalist and the traditional Patristic Universalist chapters. Even if you don't agree with these Christian trinitarian visions of the larger hope, the picture of God presented here is so loving, positive, forgiving, and more powerful than any other portrait of God I have ever encountered. We can all pray and hope that God really is this good. I am grateful for this work and for Mr. Hause for giving the world such a needed, encouraging portrait of hope.
