This book was good! I almost forgot this was a buildup to book 2 until that cliffhanger ending. This kept me engaged the whole time and had me wanting to punch ole dude, his mama and the cousin in the face. I can't lie, if book 2 wasn't out, I'd be mad and I'm convinced the only reason this book has a low rating right now is because people listened before book 2 was out and needed more.

Nek does it again!! I loved this story when I read it for myself first. Winston James as the male lead(s) never gets it wrong!!! The female lead’s voice sounds slow & gloomy like Sad from that Inside Out movie🤣 She drags but I heard she gets better in the next part tho. Enjoyed this one tho so on to the next!!!

I like Dai… and hate that this so called most beautiful man she’s ever seen as her man… Keshawn.. was such a piece of crap… who screws multiple women and one being family!? And why he would be so arrogant to think all he did for her would ever make up for all his cheating… not feeling that ratchet hood mentality…. With that… gotta go on to part 2…lol
