His mother's deteriorating health, his brother's increasingly dangerous behavior, and the complex dynamics of teenage relationships prove that the future is far more fragile than he imagined.

In the second half of his freshman year, Blake must learn that true leadership isn't about having all the answers; it's about making the right choices when the stakes are the highest.
