When Elizabeth Bennet receives a belated letter revealing her sister's elopement, she must act swiftly to locate Lydia and her intended before irreparable harm befalls them. In her quest, she enlists the assistance of Georgiana Darcy, but their rescue mission takes an unexpected turn when William Darcy, Georgiana's brother, intervenes.

Believing Elizabeth to be a negative influence on his sister, Darcy attempts to separate them, igniting a clash of wills that echoes the original story. However, as the narrative unfolds, Darcy is confronted with the realization that his pride must be set aside for the sake of others' happiness.

In "The Pride of Pemberley," the boundaries between right and wrong blur as Darcy grapples with the conflict between duty and desire. Amidst the evolving dynamics of their relationship, he discovers that what one wants may not always align with what is deemed right, and true happiness often requires unexpected sacrifices.

Ok storyline

Slow and with VV, fell a bit flat for me. E shows a stubbornness and blindness that makes little sense and the last few minutes felt too abrupt. Otherwise ok.

Darcy’s delightful evolution

Georgiana and Elizabeth become the best of friends. With guidance from Georgiana and others, Darcy evolves from his curmudgeonly self into a loving human being. It’s delightful to watch this group of friends and family enjoy each others’ company and learn from each other. This variation would be even better with a human narrator, but the virtual voice suffices.
