Welcome to Week 13: UNDERSTANDING—a vital step in knowing your P.O.W.E.R. In the moments when life feels uncertain or emotions seem overwhelming, understanding serves as the bridge from confusion to clarity. It’s the light that reveals your purpose, your relationships, and your relationship with God. As we approach Easter, a season of restoration and renewal, we are reminded that wholeness isn’t found by separating our natural and spiritual lives, but by understanding how they move together—hand in hand. This week, we’ll explore how true understanding brings wholeness in both body and spirit, illuminating every area of our lives. Why It’s Important to Know Your P.O.W.E.R.Understanding is the bridge between confusion and clarity. It brings light to uncertain places in our lives, illuminating not only where we stand with ourselves and others, but also how we align with God’s will. As we journey toward Easter—a time focused on restoration and new life—let’s look at how understanding brings wholeness to both our natural and spiritual selves. These two are not separate—they move together, hand in hand.Wholeness in the NaturalIn the natural realm, wholeness means stewardship and alignment:
  • Physical & Mental Health: True wholeness is about being “sound” in body and mind. Easter’s arrival in spring reminds us to renew ourselves through rest, healthy habits, and emotional balance.
  • Action & Harvest: What you plant, you will harvest. Living with wholeness means your outward actions are rooted in your inward values, bringing integrity and satisfaction.
Wholeness in the SpiritualSpiritual wholeness, often captured in the Hebrew word Shalom, is richer than just ‘peace’:
  • Restoration: Easter shows us that what is broken can be restored; what seems dead can receive new life. That’s the very heart of spiritual wholeness.
  • Identity: In faith, you are already complete—nothing missing, nothing broken. Spiritual wholeness means knowing your true worth and purpose, even during unsure times.
The Connection: Two Sides, One CoinHere’s the reason for this season: Natural wellness without spiritual depth leaves us hollow, and faith without action stays unfulfilled.True wellness is when your spiritual peace shapes your natural reactions. Just as a seed must surrender to the earth before it blooms, Easter reminds us that letting go of our old ways allows God to birth something whole and new within us.
