Great Audible Plus Freebie.

Overall, this twisty mystery was a much-appreciated Audible Plus freebie.

The book unfolded from two POVs.

While the dual-POV structure added a layer of suspense, the murderer’s chapters felt repetitive at times, covering similar ground without always moving the needle forward.

As a result, this 10-hour audiobook would have been more impactful as an 8-hour listen.

Although Andrew Tell did a fabulous job with the narration, since the book unfolded from two POVs, two narrators would have been preferred.

Loved this audiobook

Loved this audiobook with a smart woman lead actress. Nice to read a book that kept me guessing most all the way.

Unnecessarily graphic

The author filled much of the book with unnecessarily graphic details. They detracted from the police procedural —the police figuring out who the perpetrator was. I probably won’t want to read/listen to anything else by this author; too grisly.
