Wow I can't be happier about everything in this bóok. I also love how there wasn't overarching issue and she did not make the pack have to deal with it. yes the issue touch them but they got out of Dodge I feel like it made the book more relatable human because at the end of the day what's more important the big fight for everyone else or to save yourself.

Started strong

The plot fell off big time. I like that they were an every day pack. The spice wasn’t spicy and very glossed over for a typical OV story. The ending was rushed . I’m glad this title was free

Throughly Enjoyable Listen

The story of an “everyday” pack, no mega mansions or billionaires, struggling to find their happiness in a world where Omegas are tightly controlled by the Government. Elite packs are favoured, leaving the majority of Alphas mate-less facing feral early deaths.
Whilst their fight to be together is wound throughout this book the Author has kept their joy of being a pack at the forefront. A HEA, whilst obviously guaranteed, is entirely believable.
Well worth your time to listen and a strong start to a new series here on Audible

Eh it was ok

I got this book for free and I was kind of excited because I do like this genre, but I was a little disappointed with the author. The narrators are great. It’s dual performance not duet, and the premise started off really good. The middle of the book kind of dragged a little bit like they’re just wasn’t enough plot line and then the ending came up really fast like someone realized that we need to end this story ASAP so we kind of got everything all rushed, but then there was no explanation at the end no conclusion it was just one year later they’re still hiding so it was kind of weird

Overall good book, but felt incomplete

I really enjoyed the story line, but the end of the book felt rushed and somewhat incomplete. I would have loved more after all of the reunions at the end about Gage and Harley’s family. I also didn’t know what happened within the country! It just ended!
