Pale Girl

Reading this book was incredible, but getting to listen to it come to life was top notch! The narrator did a fantastic job with all the voices and giving them their own unique voice, I truly enjoyed listening to this. I'm usually very weary of single narrator, but I give major props to this one! It truly did not sound like one voice at all. The story is very moving and tears at your heart especially if you know what it's like to be bullied. It touched a spot in my own heart and healed long ago wounds of my own reading this. S. C. Principale is a fantastic writer and I've enjoyed all of her books!

Brilliant Narrator

Pale Girl was a really engaging listen, but Serena Kelly’s narration is what truly elevated the experience for me. Her performance added so much depth and emotion to the story, and her Armenian accent work was especially impressive — natural, consistent, and immersive without ever feeling forced. She brought the characters to life in a way that made the story feel even more compelling and emotionally grounded. You can tell a lot of care and skill went into this narration. Definitely worth the listen if you enjoy character-driven romance audiobooks with a strong performance behind them.
