Gov. Gretchen Whitmer addresses Cheboygan dam crisis

The waters continue to rise at the Cheboygan Lock and Dam Complex. Authorities were asking people to stay alert as the water levels were just five inches from the top of the structure, as of Thursday afternoon. Gov.
