THE POLITICAL CODE OF CONFUCIUS FOREWORD With “The "Political Code of Confucius" concludes the study on major codes that make up the political doctrine, social and philosophical of the illustrious Chinese thinker of antiquity. It is the third of the three trials published by the author, preceded by “The Ethical and Moral Code of Confucius" that was the first and "The Education Code of Confucius" that was the second of the trilogy. Special emphasis was put on the basic aspects of the Confucian doctrine related with the central axis of the theory of the illustrious thinker, addressed to the welfare of the society under the direction of people with high moral instruction and cognitive (knights), which could properly exercise the functions of government in perfect harmony with the interests of society as a whole. It is preferred to use the classic sources in the voice of own Confucius or his disciples, which in the final analysis were those who wrote and disseminated so that refers to its aphorisms or thoughts carefully extracted from "The four classic books" and the "Analects". In all cases they have been simplified, avoiding the dialogs that are usually written and considering them as phrases or early assertive. The author introduces a new term, the "Triangle of Confucius" to explain in a clear manner and simplified, by this geometric figure, the close interrelationship between education, ethics, politics, basic pillars of the Confucian doctrine. It is considered that these tests may be useful for those who want and seek the development of human society and the welfare of all the people in their integral development and harmonious, outside the social barriers, economic or otherwise, which prevent or hamper the achievement of the individual and collective happiness of the individual in the present globalized society and immersed in multiple contradictions, some of them apparently antagonistic.
