Love this story and series. I will keep listening to the whole series. The narrators were great.

One of my favorite listens this year!

Lyra Parish has done it again! The Hockey Situation is one of my favorite listens this year. The way Kendall and Patterson hid their love for one another behind the hate had me hooked. Their banter was next level, and the most delicious foreplay and Alistar Haynesbridge and Allison River DELIVERED on this couples relationship dynamics. They were fun and flirty and made me love this story even more. When Kendall and Patterson were honest with one another and finally let their hate be the love that it was I was a goner. Patterson loved her from afar for so long, and hid those feelings from everyone, but his twin brother apparently, who just so happened to be her ex fiancé. The fact that he supported their relationship after what he did to keep them apart was the least he could do, but it made me hate him a little less. Her dad, and his coaches reaction was harsh, but I loved that they stood strong together despite it. These two were fire and ice, and so damn perfect for one another. These two were spiiiicy! Yes ma'am! I think they may be my favorite situation, but I do have a feeling Addison is coming for them!

Thank you Lyra for throwing a hockey romance in this series! I am obsessed! This book is definitely my favorite in the series now.

Kendall and Patterson were the perfect picture of enemies to lovers. But they secretly have all the feelings for each other, even if she was engaged to his twin brother before. She's also his coach's daughter so double off limits. Their tension and chemistry was off the charts and I could NOT put this one down. I had chills so many times throughout when the hockey games were being described, I felt like I was a part of all the fun with these characters. I loved the banter between these two as well, especially their hating quips towards each other. They had me giggling so much. And the spice in this one was *chefs kiss*.

Alistar Haynesbridge and Allison River narrated this one and they are both new to me narrators. I really enjoyed the emotion they put into this story. They brought each character to life and had me feeling like I was a part of the story. They were full of humor and sass that really helped me picture the enemies to lovers aspect of this one.

I just loved every minute of this one and all fans of hockey romances need to read it!
