Cute story

I love Shane East’s voice, but sometimes he gets a little too dramatic for me. Cute story, that I enjoyed overall.

Duet narration would be spectacular

Was mostly pretty boring. No antagonist just needed to get past themselves.
Trauma response was over the top.

I adored reading these characters story , Deacon and Aurora are both so genuine and only want the best for the people they love 💗
Willow, Deacon’s daughter, is the bonus that Aurora needs in her life!!

The story is very good I love how there is so many real life challenges incorporated into the story and that it does work out. I love the whole series and the performance is very good. it is really hard to listen to a great story when the performance is bad. love love love it thank you.

Come for the narration stay for the story!

Deacon is a single dad who spends half of his time living with his daughter at home and half of his time living at a hotel. Aurora has been letting life live her, not living it herself, so when she gets the opportunity to spend a summer in NYC to work at a hotel, yes the hotel Deacon stays at, she takes the opportunity. Their first meeting is not a meet cute, but they find themselves opening up to one another in ways they never had before.

This book is sexy without being vulgar. I like the main characters are in their 30s, so there is a maturity in their relationship and how they handle everything. I am definitely ready to read the second book that was previewed in the epilogue.

Shane East and Zara Hampton-Brown is some of my favorite. They compliment each other nicely. i only with this was in Duet and not just dual narration.
