Solid Narration, solid story, looking forward to the next one.

I’m looking forward to the next volume. Overall the story was good with great narration.

There were a couple of production issues but not enough to detract from the overall listening experience. The characters were well voiced and distinct enough that they could easily be identified.

The story pacing was good and it was an easy listen. A few details and continuity here and there caused me to go back and listen again to make sure I hadn’t misunderstood but not going to spoil anything.

Great story, great narration!

The narration was excellent, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the story easily. The tone changes for each character also helped a ton!

Perfect cozy supernatural mystery

I loved this cozy supernatural mystery. It was just spooky enough.

I loved Jenna and her Southern charm navigating a Northern boarding school. Of course there are the usual catty girls, and of course the ringleader is her roommate. But she makes a great friend Sarah and fits right in. When Jenna starts seeing a ghost, Sarah believes her and goes all in on helping her. Jenna pokes around trying to help the ghost move on, but her investigating never felt too dangerous.

Now that Jenna has this “gift,” I can’t wait to see how it impacts her life!

Super fun read

This was a really fun read and I enjoyed the story and characters. I plan on giving this to my teen to read next.

Excellent Audio Production

My favorite detail was the change in audio that seemed odd for a moment until the unfolding story explained it. It made the mystery of the words themselves get emphasized with the momentary mystery of why it suddenly became very surreal. The cold case murder mystery with mystical investigation methods was well developed making this an excellent audiobook.
