For ex-professor Jackson Paul, life has become a bit surreal, from his dismissal from Rochester Technical to the bold new life it pushed him into. His girlfriend, the beautiful Latina bartender Marlee is a stark contrast from the few lovers he's had in the past, not only encouraging him, but sometimes almost pushing him towards new and exciting situations, whether those take the form of a night dancing at Navarro's, or a dalliance with a beautiful young student from his former university.

While Jackson has been struggling to tame his out-of-control libido even more since the debacle with his former client and her gorgeous, agressive daughter, being in Hollywood isn't likely to help, especially considering the famous friends Christina has made along the way. Her costar, the stunning CJ Miles, is an actress he'd had a one-sided relationship with since he was a teenager watching her on the silver screen and he finds that she is no less beautiful or perfect in person.

Jackson's impromptu vacation isn't any more restful than the rollercoaster he's been on for the past few months. A star-studded movie premier, a surprise quinceañera, and a steamy tux fitting at Boulangerie de fil keep him busy, questioning both his own motivations and his vision for the future.
