Best kind of cliffhanger!

Love the turn this took - was totally unexpected, such a great story path and now even more excited for the third book! Narrators are perfection, as to be expected.

It’s a great story

I stumbled upon this series by chance and boy am I thankful. It’s a great story that isn’t as predictable as one might think which is always as nice surprise. Although the FMC can be a bit hypocritical at times (hastes things are kept from her but has no problem keeping things to herself) I still find he refreshing, not the expected goody goody type. The only downside to these books is there is a third one I wasn’t aware of that now I’ll have to wait for because what do you mean with that cliffhanger?!

Book 2

So much better than the first book. Book 1 had places where it felt awkward and that wasn’t noticed in book 2. While I missed some of the book 1 characters- it was good to have Ruben and Benny back. While family is a compelling part of Roses journey, I was happy to not listen to Kay and hubby. Actually can’t wait for book 3 and curious how this new world will be complete in the last book
