As always, fun, hilarious situations from the usual suspects and some thrilling moments. I have to say it took almost the entire story for me to figure out “who done it”

This series is my happy place.
This book was different from the normal Fortune story as it is more out of town.

Great combination of comedy and suspense.
I have religiously listened to the entire Miss Fortune series and loved all of the 28 books. There is comedic relief followed by intense action scenes. Love Cassandra Campbell’s narration. Amazing range of voices.

It doesn’t get any better
There isn’t another series that can make me laugh out loud while keeping me glued to the serious mystery. The threesome is unbeatable. I love each one. The rest of the gang is great too but Gertie, Ida Belle and Fortune are just the best. The banter is priceless. This one was outstanding with the plot and unfolding tale. My only regret is that I figured out who the culprit was so I was ready for the unfolding but it still didn’t ruin one second. I can hardly wait for the next installment. I want this series to go on forever and pray Jana DeLeon is younger than I.
