Motivational Mindset
This is an inspiring motivational book that got me thinking about my mindset and what areas I can improve on to reach my goals. I can see where I can improve and this book is a guide to cultivating the right mindset and habits for success. The book delves into the core principles of Resilience, Excellence, Authenticity and Leadership. I feel better equipped to overcome challenges, improve my mindset with mindfulness practices and increase my motivation. This is a good read. Really enjoyed it.

Great advice for a better person
I have had a hard time getting through to my son about being a better friend and man. I found this audiobook, and he is loving it. Maybe because its not from his mother. The short leg helps with the ADHD, as he has a hard time staying focused. I have found him quoting the book lately, and I know the author got through to him. Highly recommend.
