I love this book!
Law of attraction works, it really works. I always been a big fan of LOA. The affirmations in this audio is great. Not only is there many affirmations but this book also teaches you how to write your own affirmations. This is also the only LOA/affirmations book that describes the science behinds it. I got a better understanding of how it all works. Highly recommend listen!

Simply wow!!
I never thought science and philosophy could go hand in hand in such a synchronized and nice way, The book is full of wisdom and advice to help you say positive and happily embrace the reality and challenges of life. I particularly love the statement "I am" in the chapter The Philosophy. Yes you are what you think, say and do! many successful people turned these two words into powerful daily affirmation. There are tons of great self development ressources in this audio!

Great explanation of affirmations
I've always wondered how people come up with affirmations. There are dozens of affirmation books available in the store, but this is one of the few that explains its process and purpose. This audiobook breaks down the philosophy and science behind the affirmation phenomenon. The author explains everything in detail then brings it all together with affirmations. If you want to know more about affirmations, then you owe it to yourself to get this now. Highly recommended.

Very practical advice!
I love how the author incorporates science into this topic, which I believe lends more credibility to it. So many people have benefited from affirmations and by introducing the scientific impact, I believe more people will open their eyes to its transformative powers. I really enjoyed this quick book and will be sharing it with my friends!

Rewiring my mind!
The author has a refreshing approach to affirmations. I relate to his concept of monkey-mind, its effects on my body, and how to recondition ourselves and our self-sabotage. I learned to have trust, gratitude and acceptance and to be mindful of my negative patterns and what affirmations I should use to reverse these negative patterns. These affirmations will become a daily ritual for me, and I recommend this guide to everyone.

Really interesting juxtaposition
This was a cool audiobook, where the author uses scientific methodology to tie into the psychology of affirmations, and why they might work. I'm always interested in the science side of things, so I really enjoyed it. Highly recommended!

An Excellent Book
I really liked this book. It offers practical advice and tools to continue to expand and grow the life that you desire. If you are feeling a little overloaded, it just may be the shakeup that you need. If you’re doubting yourself or wondering about your abilities or self-worth, please buy this and listen to it! If you just need a short book to listen to while you drive to work or while you’re getting ready in the morning, this will set your mind going on a great course for the day. Highly recommend ed.

A different (and awesome) approach to affirmations
Unlike most affirmation books that merely repeat affirmations and nothing else, this audiobook actually explains all the ins and outs of affirmations - going into the how's and why's of affirmations before teaching you to make your own. A great clear and concise explanation of how affirmations work, and how best to put them to work for you!
