Publisher's summary

Welcome to BloodMetal Corp. Immortality and unimaginable powers await you in the Cyber Realm. The sky is no longer the limit, now your own imagination rules your world.

A chance meeting between the son of an elite family and a prodigal robotic engineering student results in a new company that will carry people into the future and into a whole new plane of existence: The Realm. It doesn't take long before people all over the world are lining up to get inside, given the unending benefits of life and leisure offered within.

But as the new world of the realm grows to massive proportions over time, a strange pattern of disappearances begins to emerge. Soon everyone on the inside is facing obliteration at the hands of a madman - and only Jack Jacobs, the first person to exist in the realm, knows anything about it. Now it's up to Jack to stop a psychotic killer from carrying out his horrific plan of mass extermination of people on a global scale.

Pretty darn good

This would make a great episode of Black Mirror. The technology aspect of the story is handled in a believable and interesting way and it’s written in a way that paints a picture of a future that seems entirely possible. The issue is more of a performance one particularly when it comes to the dialogue and voices. They sound a little like Muppets to me which distracts from the story. Overall for the price though I recommend a listen. Somebody sell this to Netflix please. I’d love to watch this one someday.
