This book was a great listen. I love the way Kat Singleton writes her characters, Great story, Great performance. Great writing.

Hilarious Banter!

Ok, I think we can all identify with Emma and her desire to try to figure out what she wants out of life and what she's doing. When she literally falls on Preston, it is game over for these two. Their banter is hilarious, his family is the best (shoutout Gram), and their fake dating scheme ends up being hot as hell. Preston was the perfect boyfriend and I loved how his family just welcomed her into the fold like she'd been there all along. I was very annoyed at the 3rd act breakup, BUT it was redeemed with their super sweet HEA.

Humorous and sexy

This story was the funniest of the 3 in this series. Literally had me laughing out loud!

Love Me Some Preston!

I have adored this series and this one is no different! Preston is a green flag guy with a dirty mouth and I’m not mad about it! I didn’t know how I’d feel about Emma, because in the previous books I had mixed feelings about her. But I really liked her a lot! Their story of love, ending and new beginnings was done really well. Even thought their journey didn’t include each other, I love that Emma chose herself! That makes for one strong character!

I was hooked from the first chapter and I loved this book so much. I was excited for Emma's story and this book did not disappoint!

Enjoyable story with some steamy bits to keep things interesting. Worth listening to if you are in the mood for an easy listen where you can space out briefly and still enjoy the story.

My Thoughts: Emma decides to stay in the Hamptons over the summer to find herself after feeling like she is in a crisis with her career and relationship status. Emma is a free spirit with a nurturing nature. She always thinks about others before herself. After sneaking into a private party she meets a handsome stranger Preston. Preston Rhodes is an NFL Quarterback and is a bit of a recluse. He enjoys being alone and out of the spotlight. These two unexpectedly meet at the private party and Preston quickly sets a plan in motion and lets everyone know that Emma is his girlfriend. These two have tension-filled chemistry with light-hearted banter. They were my favorite couple in this series. This book has character growth, banter, top-tier spice, a witty "Gram," he falls first, and fake dating. I thought the narrators did a great job bringing this book to life. I highly recommend this book!
