Great boost for chronicle procrastinators like me

Got the book from my husband because Ive been talking about blogging for a year now. And every time I try setting up a blog I just end up on my couch and deep in thoughts and plans, but end up never implementing them. This book provided me with mental boost and healthy optimist to start my own blog. The book gives you a goldmine of tools and tricks you can use before and after the blog goes online. Can't wait to listen to more books by Tom Corson-Knowles. Greg Zarcone is definitely a very good fit for narrating the book. Pleasant and uplifting voice. Loved it.

Awesome Book. Well worth the money

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, I really learned a lot. I thought I understood the basic concepts of blogging and making money through advertising, etc but had never really explored it. Just to show how new I am, when I first saw "Guest Blogging" in the title I thought "what is guest blogging? I don't want that. I want to blog about xyz." But it didn't take long to understand the concept and understand why it is so important. I work in the IT field and was caught up in a massive corporate layoff about 6 months ago but have been doing IT consulting since the layoff to keep the bills paid. I needed something to supplement my income. I had an idea hit me out of the blue yesterday for a blog and started searching Audible for a good book on the subject and found this one. I would say this has been the best Audible purchase I have made since reading the 4 hour Workweek a few months ago. I will definitely listen to this one again. Everything was top notch from the content to the narration. I now have a good high level plan of how to get started.

GUEST BLOGGING INCOME

Great advice on guest blogging!! I didn't realize the money maker guest blogging could be, until I read this book. There were also great ideas on monetizing your blog without turning readers away with obnoxious ads like popups. Also his suggestion to sign up through Clicbank and CJ Affiliates to start your affiliate marketing was very helpful for me being a newbie. The next things were the most helpful:

1). Sponsored posts are great for monetization because of the exposure of a large company backing your blog.
2) Hiring blog writers to help you keep up with your writing guest blog post writers allos you to focus on other aspects of your business. Give them the key words you want included randomly throughout the posts.
4). Hire a virtual assistant to to the things you don't want to to do or don't have time to to.
3) Focus on providing high quality content.
4). Schedule your time to efficiently to manage your bnlojg properly.
