l loved this funny and sexy story! The characters had good development...Although, given the situation l thought the sexy parts were a bit diluted compared to the others series.🤣 But l loved it nonetheless. The only thing that has really bothered me throughout the entire series is the female narratior's voice...l'm sorry but her voice is far too heavy and mature sounding for the 30 something year old females in the series.👎🏾 Mari does much better with the male voices in my opinion. Thank goodness that Mr.Jakobi Demi is doing the damn thing as the voice of the sexy Madden men!👏🏾
With that being said...l totally recommend this book!👌🏾

this was another hit for me. each brother has there own personality and I must say cowboy didn't disappoint me at all. narration was good also.

Those Madden Men

All I can say is that I have enjoyed the heck out of this series . I read Carter’s story before any of the others because of another series I had read prior that suggested I read the book. After doing so I was hooked and wanted to know more about those Madden men. Although I read the last book first and then went back to read books 1-4 I was not disappointed.

Caden and Cordilia were hilarious Caden with his other life and Cordillia
Discovering who she really was those two had me howling with laughter and sometimes even blushing.

The narrators were on point and added to the my enjoyment of this wonderful series It was much more than I expected

This has been the best book ever listen to read a long time and I have really enjoyed it a lot. I could not put this down. I just wanted more and more.

again...this female narrator...she sounds like a 79 yr old southern woman...and how her clothes are described...I envision Myrtle Erkel being a cougar to a young Caden...thank goodness for Jakobi's narration. but im gonna stop listening and move on to the next book in the series because her accent makes her sound like a senior citizen and my imagination has her with gray hair and floral ruffles and the name Cordelia...ugh. no thank you.

Romance AND a cliffhanger?! Yes please!

Sherelle is just too much at this point. SO GOOD! This book brought a different side to the Madden series. The main character, Cordelia, is absolutely hilarious and Caden is such a sweet man. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the love story unfold. As usual, the narrators did their thing and brought the characters to life. I will say, however, that the southern accent took some getting used to as it appeared unnatural at first from the female narrator. But it didn’t take away from the book at all. A few little twits and turns so the cliffhanger had me on edge. Let’s just say, I can’t wait until the next one in this series Book 4, Carter’s #Undoing, makes it to Audible.
