Publisher's summary

For those who have anxiety over performing or speaking publicly, writer, performer, and clinical hypnotist Maggie Dubris uses the metaphor of a flowing river combined with suggestions for a calm center no matter what the situation. This hypnosis program is effective for allowing performances or presentations to flow easily in a wide variety of situations; public speaking, acting, presenting ideas at work, even social situations such as parties or get-togethers.

too short to be helpful

I felt that most of the time in this audio was induction. The part that addresses the subject is very short, with no repetition of the positive suggestions, and before I knew it she was waking me up. I much prefer Tricia Brenna meditation. They are much longer and tend to stick with me for a longer time.
