A great resource!
This audiobook is a great companion resource if you're looking for CBT exercises for anxiety, depressions, or stress. It really works to calm all that chaos in your mind. Relaxing and Soothing
This is an extraordinary audiobook, it’s a little above 5 hours but a 5 hours worth every bit of second used. It is practical and engaging. Every chapter leaves you feeling relaxed, calm and relieved from every stress.
You have to fully embrace the process of healing to truly be healed and the narrator of this audiobook did exceptionally well in narrating this book in a subtle voice that creates an atmosphere of calm. If you are having difficulty sleeping or you are feeling distraught or just completely overwhelmed; I absolutely recommend the CBT audiobook for you. It’s informative and therapeutic

This book is comprehensive, and the author seems to have experience in intensely handling mental health issues (behaviors of anxiety, stress, and depression) from beginning to end. She realizes that thoughts control how we handle behavior that will lead us in or out of stages of mental health. She teaches us the art of reshaping our thoughts for a more positive mindset. She takes us into the family dynamics of how they handle anger, helps us with strategies to tackle depression, understands the initiatives and complexity of bipolar, and uses CBT workbook techniques (writing and answering questions as fact-finding) to manage our mental health. This audio teaches us how to challenge our insomnia to improve our sleep and help our mental health. She even uses storytelling therapy to connect our strengths and skills. Finally, she provides us with a bonus chapter on meditation and deep breathing to use in combating stress, anxiety, anger, and depression. So many calming ideas!
This book has given me a lot of strategies to help me calm my anxiety. One of my favorite techniques in this book is cognitive restructuring where you learn how to reframe your thoughts into more positive ones and I think that over time this will really help me out.

This is a practical and effective workbook
