Sent me straight to sleep!

A very calming audiobook, exactly what I needed to send me straight to sleep! Love the tone of the narration. Background music could have been a touch louder, but that's very minor detail and preferential to me. Others may love the balance. Would recommend.

soothing and beautiful voice to listen to

This audiobook is simply soothing to listen to. The voice is slow and soothing, and helps me to calm down and relax. It's best if you are feeling pressure, nervous or anxiety. then you put your headphone on, so it gets you a more immersed feeling. Then you put your heart on it, listen to it with your heart. It would quickly calm you down, and bring you the peace. The audiobook is about an hour long, so it's perfect length for an entire session of meditation, or prep you for sleep.

Worth a try!

As someone with ADHD, falling asleep can be a freaking battle. This audiobook has truly been a lifesaver! The narrator's voice is calming and soothing, and the background music isn't distracting. I especially like the visualizations - they give my brian something to focus on that's not a million other thoughts. It doesn't always work the first time, but when it does, I sleep soooo good! Big improvement over counting sheep!

Very calming for any situation

I don’t normally have sleeping issues so listened to this meditation after a stressful day and found it very calming and effective. I can imagine it’d be just as effective for deep night sleep. I liked the calming background sounds and the deep voice of the narrator. If you like the sample you’ll most likely love the experience of the entire guided meditation.

Soothing Sleep a Listen Away

As an insomniac, I have trouble winding my mind down. The soothing sounds of this book and narration helped me get to sleep much quicker than I normally would. These books and guides generally do not work for me but I was pleasantly surprised and will use time and time again.

Recommend using sleep timer to avoid abrupt ending

This is a nice and relaxing listen. It starts with a body scan which is wonderful for helping to relax the full body with intention and purpose. The listener is then led through a series of peaceful sleep-focused affirmations, allowing you to fall asleep with a positive mindset.

My only complaint is with the ending. The affirmations gently fade to silence, but then the end credits come on with the narrator saying “the end” at full volume. This feels abrupt and kind of snaps you out of the peaceful state. Next time I listen, I’ll set a sleep timer to stop the book before this point.
