When two Stanford graduate students set out to create a new kind of cigarette that wouldn’t kill them, they didn’t foresee all the obstacles that lay ahead — or the powerful forces their invention would unleash. Lazy, uninformative, and sometimes incorrect.
Somebody hired a freelancer to browse through basic web articles on 10 herbs, then repurpose it in a lazy write up being passed as a book on audible.
There is no real expertise in herbalism or Chinese medicine here and some of the info and instructions are false.
You can also tell by the grammar it was not written by someone who’s first language is English. Save your money and get a book by someone who actually practices Chinese medicine to learn about these herbs.
