Not for co dependency

Should be marketed toward those with rage or fear of attachment, not codependency. It’s the opposite of what is needed to become more independent and self reliant.

Narrated to be good to listen to while sleeping or falling asleep.

Horrible and self destructive and

Worst set of self affirmations ever. Especially if you are a codependent! Delete pronto — take a deep breathe and find something more healing than this. Like taking out your garbage and doing some dishes. For yourself.

The opposite of what it should be

People struggling with codependency need to focus on boundaries, independence and self love. These affirmations are the opposite of what they should be and focus on taking care of everyone else. Codependents already do that at the expense of themselves.

These affirmations are pro-codependency

I think this is meant for people who are hyper independent and need to learn to rely on others. Don’t listen if you struggle with too much codependency.
