The experts say it's next to impossible to find the soul's light in a dark past like Tuesday's.

Very good guided visualization guide
I frequently use this to unwind before bed and release the stress of the day. I love Shakti's relaxing voice and nature of the guidance experience. When I'm super tired I end up going to sleep almost at the very beginning but its some of the most sleep I can recall. I also enjoy another title by this arthur titled Creating True Prosperity.
