Publisher's summary

Hostility has formed over the centuries. It's grown with each hunt, each capture, and each death. It's been magnified at each effort to thwart global dominion over those unable to defend against the advance of a ruthless tyrant who won't rest until the entire world is full of those who exist solely to do his will.

Circumstances have prevented outright warfare - until now.

The stunning conclusion to the Aliomenti Saga, Convergence reveals who lives, who dies, and unveils the final secrets hidden for generations.

An Amazing Journey

Will & Hope Stark finally see the culmination of all they've endured over the last one thousand-years. They watch everything that needs to happen happen whether good or bad. They watch both their children, grown & strong, suffer through events the same way they had to. Close friends are revealed as more than & in some cases less than true friends & the war that has been brewing for centuries comes to a head. And the surprise that awaits at the end proves there is so much more going on in life at any given moment than we will ever realize. The Aliomenti Saga is a truly incredible literary Journey that I encourage any & everyone to take.

Wish I could go back in time and read it again

I loved the whole series and some day I'll do just that. It was Wimberley wonderfully written and preformed.

Loved this conclusion

I like these stories very much. I hope they are made into a movie or series. These time travel fantasies about people with powers and technology are worth in a way that makes them suitable for anyone over 12. The violence might be too much for someone younger. There is very little profanity and no descriptive sexual content.

In this story we find out what the alliance did to the Aliomente after sending Will back in time.

Maybe a 3 star except for this....

This book is actually probably a 3 star but in order to preserve future history I'm forced to rate it a 2 star because why not, everyone else is. But I would have used the magic time machine to go back and stop the secret weapon plot twist and try and save the series from its less than inspiring, drab end. I like the series less now than I did before listening to this book.

The ending doesn't work

I was so disappointed in the last chapters. The author tied up loose end very poorly, as if he was ticking off a list of items that needed to be finished in a rush.

Starting with the final weapon, which I hated passionately, he told what should have been showed and foreshadowed previously. Each telling made me dislike the ending more and more; the stories had nothing invested in the by the characters like the rest of the book and this reader couldn't muster enough to continue caring about the events that lacked the emotional investments of the rest of the books.

Yet, he didn't tie up all the loose ends after all. . . what about Ambrosia?

Profoundly unsatisfying ending.
