Content Consistent With Title

Great resource for personal development! I enjoyed the approach of dealing with our weaknesses in ourselves to discover that we do have a superpower to do life with. Even now, I realize the source of my weakness and the source of my superpower. Time to own what I have and who I am and live at a higher level.

This book gets in your face and gets you moving!

This author gets straight to the point...find what is holding you back and eliminate it. Find what you need to get better at and attack learning and applying it aggressively, immediately. He doesn't mince words at all and isn't touchy feely about the topic, which I love. He gives real world examples from his own life, such as when he was taking double the class load in college while volunteering at his church and still managing to study for everything all while making sure he got his needed 9 hours of sleep each night. He doesn't just say all that stuff, but he explains how he did it. Every point is clear and concise and easy to put into practice.

Remarkably inspiring and entertaining!

Nate Hambrick is a master story teller, keeping me hanging on every word in every chapter. As an avid reader, I know my way around personal development books. What I loved most about Crush Your Kryptonite, is that it was a concise summary of the keys to a happy, healthy, successful life. His success and heart for service puts him at the top of my list of go-to authors. It's a must read!
