Not a fun Christmas story
The book was fine, a little too much fluff in the beginning and straight to the point depressing at the end. This is probably more the marketing's fault than the authors. It is wrapped up like a Hallmark style lighthearted Christmas yarn, but 3/4 of the way through takes a sharp left into Alzheimer's and depression. The happy ending doesn't feel so happy.

Wonderful but too short
Oh I loved thos little story. Olivia, Tina and Simon were wonderfully real and surprisingly flawed. The book touches on mental health issues. The romance was terribly sweet. My only criticism is it ended too soon. There is so much more to learn about these characters and their relationships. Please consider another book in the series as a follow-up to all the characters we have invested in and come to love.
As usual Justine as the narrator was a perfect decision. 🥰

Quick holiday themed listen
A quick and at times sweet listen. There are some real life situations involved, like mental health and a parent with Alzheimers…so it’s not super fluffy. Boring at times but not terrible. Pretty mild in content otherwise, not a spicy book (if you are looking for that)
