Vulnerability is Power. Live Wholeheartedly.

Live Wholeheartedly and without shame. Don't shame urself or others. There is a much better way and that is to engage from a place of worthiness and enough.

Essentials in life

Age 53, I wished I had learned these essentials as a child or young adult. But then, also at age 53 is it so profoundly inspirational. There is still time left to try, fail, try, fail and succeed every now and then, but foremost to dare to dare greatly.

AMAZING!!!

Made me rethink how I live life and what it takes to truly enjoy being alive. Brené Brown does an amazing job of storytelling and you can feel her sincerity. This book will change your life.

powerful insight

Brene and this book explain nearly every behavior pattern in my life and gave me the tools to practice vulnerability and shame resilience. The most insightful book I have ever read. Your life will be forever changed if you open your heart to its wisdom.

Brené rocks

This book takes a subject like vulnerability and makes it understandable makes it enjoyable I would recommend this book to anyone who is wanting to be more a part of their own life. The only problem I see with this book is the question of “will I be able to apply it in my own life will I have the bravery to act on the things that I learned listening to the book”

A Message so Powerful I Bought the Audiobook & Hard Copy!

The overall message if this book can greatly improve or change your life, if you’re ready for it.

As someone who struggles with shame and self acceptance this book was a message that I needed to hear. I laughed and cried so many times throughout and so many of the messages resonated with me on such a deep level.

I bought the audiobook and the whole time I kept thinking how I wanted to go back and reread it to really let the science and message soak in.

10/10 would recommend!
