Excellent
The books do keep getting better. For the most part I enjoy the character development. I have my favorites. The juicy plot twists are great. The narrator adds to all the characters. This is entertainment at its finest!

Yeah! Judge might be in love!
So awesome. Love relistening to these series. Wendy might be transitioning! Edna and Rufser might be in love. Pardon my spelling, Kalugal and Jackie might be having their wedding reception in the village after all! Richard is induced, hope he transforms into immortal.

Excited about new story lines
Finally we get to learn about Edna’s story.
After loosing her first love 300 years ago she finds herself attracted to Rufsur. She is torn about hers own feelings as well as his feelings towards her. It doesn’t help that he is one of Kalugal’s men. He resembles her Robbie the love of her
life. However Rufsur is unwilling to give up to easily.
Vlad and Wendy grow closer
and Kian allows Wendy to come to the village at least for a little while. This allows the two young teenagers to start trying for her to become an immortal.
There’s a lot of switching between some of the older immortals as well as the so not so old.
Annani comes back to the village. Edna becomes extremely upset that Kian brought Kalugal and a few of his men. However Annani puts her foot down and gets her way. She wants to throw a new wedding for Kalugal and Jacki.
Roberts doesn’t have a clear memory of what happened. However he finds out that his friend and coworker Simmons died in a car accident they both were in. He gets promoted and plans to stop all the none legal activities that they had been doing.

I’m obsessed with these books. I listening to them while working in the yard, cleaning, doing laundry, driving anywhere. It’s so bad that I don’t want to drive anybody with me LoL judt so I can keep listening
