Nice Story

The story began in an interesting way, but I quickly realized that without knowing it, I had selected a Christian Fiction book. I was afraid that it would be trite, shallow and heavy handed with an overly religious tone, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was not that way at all. The characters were nicely varied and the plot was as interesting as any other in the amateur sleuthing genre. I tired of the main character's complaints, at times, but overall, I would recommend this book to others as a good, entertaining suspenseful mystery.

Really Bad

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

I could not even get through the beginning of part 1. The story line, the characters, everything was unbelievable. Maybe it got better later, but I'll never know. I just couldn't listen to it.

What could Claudia Mair Burney have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
