An amazing deal for an epic tale.

You won’t find a better deal. This bundle includes the first four books of an epic tale that spans hundreds of years… and several lifetimes. The Deverry Saga has long been a favorite of mine. I’m happy to say that the audio version is just as compelling as my beloved hard copies.

Too repetitive

Too repetitive. Words and phrases used over and over and over . It was maddening!

Masterpiece

Would make a great tv series / movie. Starting with the silver wyrm cycle, it won’t scare away tv executives and young children like dagger spell / dark spell might bring that it’s pretty hardcore and the gold falcon is less graphic

One of my favorite stories ever…

This is beautifully told, it captures all the details I remember so vividly from the first time I read these books when they were first published.

Hard to listen to.

Story had potential. Writing was repetitive. Performance was terrible. Took me 3.5 weeks to get through it, and I normally finish books this long in a week and a half.
