okay, this book was really good, I enjoyed every bit of it. but it did take a turn from the 1st book. this is a whole new fight they're going to have to deal with. the narrators did an amazing job too .

This is the second book in the Demon Hollowers Motorcycle Club series by Skye Wilson and Lindsey Devin. Truth be told, I liked it better than the first. This book flowed so much better. I think the plot was a lot stronger and believable. Plus I certainly identified with Morgan as a fellow bibliophile and romance lover. I loved the little edition about going to a book signing. That’s such a fun thing to do! Also there was this little subplot involving Morgan’s personal growth that had a me cheering at one point.

Both Allie Martina and Jack Calihan gave wonderful performances. Calihan’s voice is super sexy. It just sorta flows around you like a steady stream. Perhaps a bit too steady though. I would like to hear a little more variety in his tones. Maybe a bit more emphasis on acting. From Martina we got lots of inflections to her voice showing us that she’s down with the acting part of the role. However, as is often the case with female narrators, I wish she was able to vary her male voices more.

Great story

Again this is a great story the characters from the first story are in the second book and ink Ike’s the that. The female narrator is hard to listen to but ok when you get use to her. The male voice is great

These book did held my attention better than the first one, bringing in the next Supernatural kept the story alive

More Shifter MC Greatness! Fantastic Listen🎧

This second book of the series picks up right after the first one ends, Tevin and Serene were living with the pack but just upped and left without saying a word, which for several reasons pisses off Ben the Club’s president. Ben goes out to find him and tracks him down in Serene’s former hometown, but they are not the only ones he finds there, he also finds his mate. After giving Tevin a hard time about having a human mate, I thought it was great and fitting for him to have one too and now he must decide what is more important, his mate or his M.C., as a leader he can delegate and find the balance to take care of both. Morgan is an innocent librarian, it surprised her that she attracted the attention of the good looking and intriguing newcomer in town. But she seems to get attention from others lately, strange others who start showing up in the library and she does not know what to think. Ben senses another power is in the area and he is not sure what they are and when they come close to his mate, he knows he must protect her. This second book of the series is just as captivating as the first, it was great to see Tevin and Serene again and their little Pax, it was also great to see Ben and Morgan’s relationship grow and I am looking forward to what comes next in the series. Skye Wilson, Lindsey Devin, thank you for another great story and the wild and fascinating ride.

They give each character their own distinct sound making it easy to follow and tell who is who. You could hear how much heart they put into their work as they capture all the character’s emotions and project them into their performance and have you feeling every single one. These fabulously talented and versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fantastic listen.

don't love it don't hate it. for me the female voice turned me off a bit from the story I'm not sure why

Wolf Shifter MC!!!!

I really enjoyed this book the story and the narration was very well done. This book although being book 2 in the series has started to set up a more intriguing storyline for book 3.

Great listen, This is Ben and Morgan's story. Love how Ben was so against human wolf mates, well until Morgan. Love the story-line and characters.

I enjoyed the first book… But book two grabbed my attention and left me wanting more. At first, I was concerned thinking the second book is similar to the first book but I was surprised that this one was so much more intriguing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Morgan and Ben

Ben is on the hunt for Tevin and Serene especially after the way they left at the end of book 1 and did not tell him. This is another good book. I love when Ben first "smells" and then sees Morgan, his human mate. He does not want to accept that especially after all his talk and carrying on with Tevin. Kind of ironic. I love how this happened to him. Allie Martina and Jack Calihan did a great job with the narration, especially Jack. I received this free copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
