Publisher's summary

An intrepid woman and her friends have inadvertently altered the future of their world—now they must try to restore time in this thrilling conclusion to the New York Times bestselling Dragonlance series.

When Destina Rosethorn and her companions were transported to a time centuries before their birth—to the days of the Third Dragon War—the Graygem of Gargath brought chaos to the battlefield and changed the course of history. Upon returning to the Inn of the Last Home, where their journey began, Destina’s party discovered a world completely changed. The forces of evil now hold sway over their land.

The River of Time is rising, flowing inexorably toward the present day. Destina and her friends must make one last, desperate attempt to restore time’s river to its proper channel. If they do not succeed, the altered past will sweep over the present until no trace of their old world remains.

Amazing

Weis & Hickman are the amazing storytellers, love everything about Dragonlance and would love it if their books would be turned into movies or shows.

Tight little package…

Story wrapped up well. Though maybe a little too conveniently. A welcome volume to the vast Dragonlance mythos.

Wonderful book!

Loved the dragonlance series and this book did not disappoint! Having a chance to experience the adventures of the heroes of lance was wonderful! New characters and old friends made it a delight.

Weis and Hickman do it again

If you’ve been a fan of these stories, they’re a part of you. The emotions they evoked with this new trilogy were welcome and most appreciated. Thank you both for making Krynn my home away from home for all these and to be able to be to see the Heroes of the Lance in a whole new light. Looking forward to the new one in the works. Hats off you two, thank you again!❤️‍🔥

All Wizards have George Takei's voice. Om Myyyy!

Weird Raistlyn voice, George Takei. All Wizards, Magius, Raistlyn, etc have George Takei's voice. Sulu from Star Trek. "Oh My!" Very oddly flamboyant. I like George but I thought Raistlyn liked women. Someone's gotta swing different.

Reliving youth reading

They're so good at spinning a story and I loved being transported back to Krynn. Thanks you Weis and Hickman. You'll never know how many of us you have carried through hard times with a compelling escape.

It’s good enough

It’s definitely an epic tale and the use of time is amazing. Coming into dragon lance at this book series made it slightly difficult. All the characters seemed bland. I understood very little of who they were. Especially kitiara. Like why is she evil. What’s the reason she would kill her brothers? My other beef is that we spent way too much time with Tass. I’m sure some people love him but it was getting annoying to me.

Great story lousy pronunciations of names

I was hopeful that Ms Potter would say the correct names for Majere and Mishakel in third book but I guess she was too stubborn to say it correctly
