En lo personal me pareció un libro bastante completo y con muchos ejercicios para realizar, herramientas que sirven para empezar a practicar y empezar a adquirir confianza, es para leerse con mucho tiempo, considero que si se escucha se debe tener papel y pluma para apuntar los ejercicios, creo que sería más útil adquirirlo físico, pero en gral su contenido me gustó.
