Nice change

Narrators were good. Different take on losing a spouse. Interesting perspectives. A book you could read again.

Loved this book!

I very much enjoyed this book - both the writing and the performance. Very much fun and very heartwarming. Highly recommend.

New York Comes Alive

I always think of city life as cold and cheerless, but this story was sweet. The narration was comfortable and enjoyable. This was the perfect book to enjoy while fighting a bad cold.

Okay story

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

When I realized that part of the narrative was a dog, I wasn't sure I would finish this book. I thought it would be a waste of time. I decided to give it a chance and I ended up liking the book more than expected. I still find Sandy coming back as a dog strange though.

What does Dan John Miller and Cassandra Campbell bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I enjoyed their voices and they gave me more insight into the characters. They were what kept me listening. I know I would not have finished this book if I had read it.

Do you think Emily and Einstein needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

A beautiful story of love, and so much more!

I loved this book more and more as the story was building, but most at it's final sentence!

What made the experience of listening to Emily and Einstein the most enjoyable?

It didn't take long for me to start to enjoy each character in the book, which always makes a book more enjoyable for me.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Emily and Einstein?

I actually enjoyed the beginning of the book a lot.

What does Dan John Miller and Cassandra Campbell bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Dan John Miller was very animated as Einstein. He was enjoyable to listen to as the Einstein character.

Who was the most memorable character of Emily and Einstein and why?

Einstein... he basically narrates the book. You actually reflects on his time as a human, and you also see his perspective as the dog.

Any additional comments?

This was a fun little "listen" for a weekend. It was easy to listen to, stop, and pick back up while working on another project.

Delightful!

Fun, light reading. This book engages the imagination and hooks the reader to follow the story to the end. Unrealistic as the story may be, it makes the reader wonder "what if it really could happen like this."

Unusual story and Einstein was very witty. I would love to own a dog like that boy!

Everything! Great narration.

I didn't want it to end!

Rarely do I listen to a book twice but this one has grabbed my attention. By the end I was sad to hear it finish. What an original idea and so well performed. There are a few glitches in the recording with repeats of segments but overall it is well worth your time.
