This is really a nice, easy program to follow

Blessed for finding this!!!
This book has been such a blessing that I needed to. I used to be in a horrible eating disorder cycle, in which I could sort of break a couple of years ago. However, the last year I have been through very emotional stuff that triggered it again and I gained almost 20 pounds in just 2 months!!!
