Great read necessary read

I enjoyed this immensely but I would recommend that audible organize how you get the code better especially after you listen to it there no link or pop up
I did see one initially when I first opened up the book to play but did not tap the link then expecting it to be there anytime I cannot find it now
That needs improvement for sure
Outside of that all great

You don't get the assessment code w/this audiobook

This is a great book. Its simple, easy to understand and you can easily teach someone the skills in this book. However, when you buy the hardcopy (generally just a couple of bucks more) you can get a code to take a free assessment so you know where you stand. It is a one time only code. Audible will not give you the code and this is why I will not recommend you waste your money on this audiobook unless you already have the hard copy.

A book that would be better read than as audio

This book has alot of detailed numbered lists for tips and improving your EQ score in the 4 categories. I got as an Audible audio book and the email account I have connected to my Amazon account was sent the unique pass code for my EQ Test.

Some of the content was helpful in seeking ways to improve in areas, but the superficial stories were pretty silly.

Can be redundant to listen to and zone out. I made it through the whole book, but took a few weeks.

Changed my views on life!!

Until this book I had difficulty in understanding my emotions and how to manage my anxiety.

Book made me believe that I could tackle me emotional difficulties through a systematic program based in science.
