It’s the attitude that makes the difference.

Sasha Matcha is so amazing

Listened to it for a few days and my anxiety was notably varied. No more negative thoughts flooding me, or when they did, the affirmations popped into my mind and provided me with a positive perspective. It took a while to get used to listening to it at night because I would concentrate on the melody. I turned the volume down and was able to go to sleep. I would definitely recommend it.

This is working for me.

I have been listening to this for a while, my daily ride to work for a couple of weeks while sleeping as well, and can notice a difference in my attitude. It is relaxing and enjoyable and eliminates my extra weight. I do feel more positive the day as well.

Easy to understand the Sleeping Anxiety

I can feel that I am ultimately getting rid of my anxiety through this effective audiobook. Well done to the author as well as to the narrator. It is a great and easy way to end anxiety while sleeping with subliminal affirmations.
