Trish O’Kane is an accidental ornithologist. In her nearly two decades writing about justice as an investigative journalist, she'd never paid attention to nature. But then Hurricane Katrina destroyed her New Orleans home, sending her into an emotional tailspin. Enter a scrappy cast of feathered characters—first a cardinal, urban parrots, and sparrows, then a catbird, owls, a bittern, and a woodcock—that cheered her up and showed her a new path. Inspired, O'Kane moved to Madison, Wisconsin, to pursue an environmental studies PhD.

Comedian Tom Segura is incapable of doing an Asian accent. He can't dazzle you with puppets or an acoustic guitar. What Tom Segura can do is tell jokes. Jokes about black people, Mexican people, homeless people, little people, and, yes, his balls. But he’s light enough, endearing enough and downright wacky enough to tackle these topics without sounding like a fulminating Tea Party candidate or a Ragin' Palin apostle on his delightfully deranged and dippy debut album.

Story
Tiffany Haddish thinks she's too hot for comedy, and she explains how to please a man. She tells Dom about the L.A. riots and how she eats for free. Then, Jim Jeffries says "g'day" before letting loose with rapid-fire absurdity. He informs Dom that he's been punched by a heckler. Finally, Paul Ogata tells of Hawaiian delicacies, Hong Kong hygiene, and failures in facial hair. He gets nostalgic about the late Don Ho with Dom.

Publisher's summary
[Contains explicit content] We often describe Sounds Like America as a road trip with comedians at the wheel. That's a loose metaphor for a "rollicking and slightly romanticized journey with funny weirdos hosting." However, this episode is actually literally about road trips and driving, and your host is none other than actually literally Reggie Watts. You'll hear about the dangers of accidental napkinization, which car rages the hardest, the allure of hooking up in your vehicle, and much more.
The comedy in this episode was recorded at live venues all around the country. It features Jon Huck, Gabe Kea, Jackson Banks, Heywood Banks, Graham Elwood, Alonzo Bodden, Zoltan Kaszas, Auggie Smith, JR Brow, Erin Foley, Jarrod Harris, Michael Palascak, Godfrey, Arnez J, and Mike Birbiglia.
You will also hear interviews with Karen Kilgariff, Chris Fairbanks, Harrison Greenbaum, Anna Seregina, Matt Lieb, Casey James Salengo, and Alex Koll.

J. D. Vance tells the true story of what a social, regional, and class decline feels like when you were born with it hung around your neck.

I am guessing this is a serial? There was no mention of that. Hope so. But only one episode comes up in the search. It was basically a 6 minute intro for 6 minutes of bits.
