Story
The plane is jam-packed. Every seat is taken. So of course the flight is delayed! Flight attendant Allegra Patel likes her job—she’s generally happy with her life, even if she can’t figure out why she hooks up with a man she barely speaks to—but today is her twenty-eighth birthday. She can think of plenty of things she’d rather be doing than placating a bunch of grumpy passengers.

Story
Kidnappers grabbed Jenna in broad daylight, right in front of her children and their horrified classmates. Her family was issued an insane ransom demand: $25 million in cash and jewels, payable by the end of the school day, otherwise they’ll never see her again. As Jenna’s mother scrambles to gather the money, detectives Mo Butler and George Ortega follow the trail of the kidnappers, which will lead them through a sordid landscape of jealous lovers, broken dreamers, and twisted schemers. But every second counts, and there’s one thing Jenna Wade doesn’t have: very much time.

Insightful- Be You
I learned to not hold back and your true desires and your true personality. Easy to get caught up in who you think you should be or a proper way to react but not being genuine can only lead you astray from others and your true self.

this was all sorts of uncomfortable for me.
Guess I'm not comfortable with role playing. Squirming the whole time. Esther is still amazing, really love her stuff. This was the one I liked the least though.
You should listen to it, to see if you squirm too! Haha!!

Writing the same review of the whole set of these
So I'm not going to review each of these individually. They're all a great listen and I can't recommend one over the others. If you're in a place in your relationship where you're not happy and looking for steps you could take these are a great place to start. Esther does one-off sessions with these people and helps these see what is going on, and what they can do to change things. You don't have to be going through the exact same scenario to see some common threads, and find bits and pieces that will be helpful to you.
I'm going to leave the same review for each of these as you should really listen to all of them, rather than trying to pick and choose which you might find relevant.

Fascinating peak in real life relationship
A pattern examined, unusual for gender stereotypes. A woman who is wildly sexual, and a man that seeks sex, more from a place of love and connection. It was fascinating to hear that this pattern exists as well.

An amazing way of therapy
I very much enjoy listening to the sessions as in a way it helps me think of my issues that I've had. I know that there are many others out there that have similar problems and it's amazing to hear Esther provide the coaching, solutions and her thoughts as well! Thank you for sharing! I look forward to the next sessions!
