In 1986, Brenda Spicer and Joel Tillis began a relationship that would  anger Joel's boyfriend, Irvin Bolden.  The town of Monroe, LA  and the campus of Northeast Louisiana University would be shocked by Brenda's murder in March 1987. Would the Bolden's money help a murderer get away or would  Brenda get justice? And whose side would Joel be on... her new murdered friend or her rich boyfriend of several years?
