Enjoyable
I enjoyed listening to this book. The narrator is easy to understand and seems very knowledgeable on the topic. I've used a couple of essential oils in my hair but I'm
fairly new to them, so he mentioned a lot of oils I've never heard of. I did write down some recipes because I do plan on trying them.

Great way to improve your life!
If you've ever tried essentials for any application, malady, problem etc. but felt limited in the use of them, now you have the answers! With the multitude of applications, combinations and uses, you'll wonder how you lived so long without them. Add the aromatherapy and you have the makings of nirvana!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
If you're wanting natural remedies to improve your health, then look no further. There's so many useful recipes and tips that's it's a bit overwhelming in a good way.

You can't go wrong when you get this audiobook because of the wide array of topics tricks, and recipes it covers. Really comprehensive and well written out so I would recommend it to anyone.

Essential oils great introduction
This gave a brief snapshot of the benefits of various essential oils, precautions, special info and alerts. This would have been so much better if the narrator did not have to give the same disclaimer and caution not to abuse or misuse the products. It may have cut the length by 25-30 min. This was the exact information I was looking for and it had just the right amount of info.
