Interesting perspective.
As a fellow Oklahoma Smoker Diver, I enjoyed the connection to the program and leadership. I like that it perpetuates that training and some type of experience is how you get to a flow state.

It’s not the worst fire service leadership book… save your money. The smoke diver chapter was ok and kept this book from being a 1 star
