Pink was one of the most influential evangelical authors in the second half of the 20th century. Pink's beliefs and teachings were largely Calvinist- and Puritan-based. Pink clearly brings us a scriptural analysis of what to expect from the second coming of Christ in a truly thought provoking book.

Somewhat insightful; lacks the Hebrew perspective
I sometimes wondered why the use of certain words, like Jehovah. I learned that it is a Latinized mistranslation of the Hebrew Name; ADONAI is correct translation. Additionally, Son of Man and Son of God are not from a Hebrew mindset, based on Daniel 7.
There were other small errors in pronunciations that were sometimes distracting, but not serious enough to point out. My recommendation is to update the book using a more accurate translation that is appreciated by both those who are Jewish and Christian.
