New narrator.....meh

I love this series but the new narrator is terrible. There’s no inflection, no unique character voices. There’s a whole conversation with Cora and Raine that is nearly impossible to follow because the characters sound EXACTLY the same. Also, the men don’t sound like men and Dev’s Irish accent has been reduced to an occasional lilt that is totally inconsistent. Not happy they switched narrators for the last book.

Great series

What a great series. I’m so sad that the author died before finishing the last book. I loved the way the series bounced from raine to Cora and what a surprise Cora got in the last book!! I loved the whole journey and the character development. The narrators were okay but I feel like audible should have multiple narrators is people can’t change their voice easily cuz it was sometimes hard to follow cuz they voices all sounded alike. Just my two cents but otherwise fantastic.

Great series

Although this was my least favorite and I like the first narrator better. It’s still a great book. Kelsey is a good job at narrating

Love the series. New narrator blah...

I've enjoyed the entire series. Not enjoying the new narrator. Her reading style seems more whiny and not as good as the previous narrator. I'm not a fan of the narrator change.

I'm kind of sad i already purchased the Eirick companion novels as she's the same narrator. I'm probably going to return them and read them instead.

why did you change the reader!

Amazing story, but I had just gotten comfortable with the last reader lol. the only thing that got me through this one was my want to know how the story went. this lady, while her voice was smooth, didn't do the accents like the last one did, you had an amazing reader until this book, and while I could see her doing wonder with other stories, I was just set with the last ones use of accents to differentiate the characters.

overall an amazing series! I hope you continue the series in the future!

I love this series

RIP Ednah Walters. The narrator of this book actually sucks. Sorry, but it's true. She yells when she talks. She doesn't even act like she knows what the series is about. Whomever got her as a narrator needs to get the one Ednah had. Other than that. I love the book, just not the narrator

An end to a beginning that will never see an end.

Simply love these Runes Series books. Each is a treasure to experience. This is the last in a trilogy about Cora Jemison's story. Three childhood friends whose destinies will lead them to higher places in the Norse mythology. All will lead after Ragnarok.

Cora's Earthly parents give her the news that she was adopted by them and that they are immortals. Her world once again turns upside down as she struggles to deal with her future, knowing her biological parents want to meet her.

When Eirik shows up, he rocks her world a bit more when he divulges the news about her biological family.

When tragedy strikes a friend who helped Dev live again, she decides to visit her biological family's realm.

The production was great, but I feel that Kelsey Osbourne, who narrated all three of Eirik's books and did such a terrific job with the voice of Celestia, didn't fit well with Cora's voice.
