Exactly what I was looking for
Earlier this year I have been suffering for GI pain and issues. Throughout many tests and procedures along with endoscopy and more proton pump inhibitors, I was wary about medication and was looking for more holistic approaches. This book was not only that resource that I was looking for but the narrator was engaging and entertain throughout. Highly recommend!
